This is the second of a three part series about getting started on reaching your health & fitness goals.

Before starting a fitness program to reach your goals, it’s important to check with your physician first and then make sure you are executing the exercises properly to get the most out of them and avoid injury.

However, I have a couple suggestions on doing this that I believe will take your program and results to the next level.
